This Circle is a sanctuary where women are honored not for what they do, but for who they already are - sacred vessels of life, beauty, intuition, nurture, creativity, and wisdom.

While we deeply honor and cherish the love, support, and celebration offered by our broader community - including beloved friends from all walks of life - this space is held specifically for women. It is a place where women can heal, reconnect, and root themselves in their birthright of feminine strength without comparison, without distortion, and without looking outward. The Rose Hour™

Our The Rose Hour is a guided embodied movement experience designed to support women in reconnecting with their bodies through rhythm, grounding practices, intentional movement, breath, reflection, and rest.

Inspired by nervous system awareness and feminine embodiment practices, this immersive 6-week experience gently explores themes of emotional release, restoration, softness, self-expression, and embodied connection within a supportive community setting.

Through guided movement, reflective intergration, and restorative practices, participants are invited to soften survival patterns, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a deepersense of grounding, presecence, and feminine ease.

This is not about performance; it is about returning home to yourself.

I didn’t know this would be my path- I just followed the whisper. The Lady Rose Circle is a space where women come to honor the divine feminine within themselves- not to change, but to simply remember and celebrate who they already are. In a world that often asks us to be something else, this is a space to reconnect with your true self, with your unique wisdom and grace. It’s a place where you are held, where you can rest, grow, and be seen - just as you are.

My own journey has been one of learning to embrace the flow of life, trusting that every women’s path is sacred, and finding beauty in each season of growth.
